Our nutrition workshop is designed to help you understand the vital role food plays in your overall health and wellbeing. This interactive session covers: Balanced Eating Made Simple – Learn how to create nutritious meals that support energy, heart health, and weight management. Understanding Food Labels – Gain confidence in making informed choices when shopping for groceries. Practical Tips for Everyday Life – Discover easy strategies for meal planning, portion control, and mindful eating. Nutrition for Disease Prevention – Explore how healthy eating can reduce risks of diabetes, hypertension, and other lifestyle-related conditions. This workshop combines expert guidance with practical advice, empowering you to make sustainable changes for a healthier, happier life.
Cancellation Policy
The Practitioner provides holistic wellbeing services including nutrition guidance, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle/behaviour‑change advice which are based on CBT‑informed guidance and support. These services promote general wellbeing and do not constitute medical treatment, clinical assessment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. Clients are responsible for obtaining medical or psychological support from licensed professionals where required. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is due before or on the day of the session. Clients must be 18+. Clients must disclose relevant physical or mental health information to support safe practice. Group booking - minimum 6 participants required to go ahead with workshop Cancellations and rescheduling: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel and you may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session fee. No‑Shows & Lateness: Missed appointments (“no‑shows”) are charged in full. Late arrival may shorten the session, and arrivals over 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation. Eligibility & Participation Services are available to individuals aged 18+. Clients must disclose relevant physical or mental health information to support safe practice. Practitioner Responsibilities The Practitioner will provide services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism. A safe, inclusive, and non‑judgemental environment will be maintained. Confidentiality Client Responsibilities Clients agree to engage honestly and adopt lifestyle changes at their own discretion. Clients accept responsibility for their own wellbeing outcomes. Clients must respect the confidentiality and wellbeing of others during group sessions. Privacy Notice Personal data may include contact information, wellbeing notes, and booking/payment records. Data is collected solely for safe service delivery and appointment management. Data is stored securely and retained only for the minimum necessary period. Information is not shared with third parties except when required by law or to prevent serious harm. Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data, subject to legal limits. All data handling complies with applicable data protection principles. Acceptance of terms and agreement: Booking a session confirms that you agree to these terms, as well as the wellbeing policy and privacy notice.
