Six weeks mindfulness programme

This programme offers interactive, guided, and reflective sessions that teach practical techniques for reducing stress, improving focus, and enhancing emotional wellbeing. Through activities such as breathing exercises, body scan, meditation, and mindful awareness practices for thoughts, movement, participants learn to cultivate presence, resilience, and balance in everyday life for self-care and able to live more fully.

1.1 Coaching sessions

1:1 coaching is a personalized, goal-focused partnership between a coach and an individual. It provides a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, unlock potential, and create actionable strategies for growth. Unlike group sessions, the focus is entirely on you—your aspirations, strengths, and areas for development. Through tailored guidance, accountability, and constructive feedback, 1:1 coaching helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and achieve meaningful results in both personal and professional life.

Corporate Wellbeing Initiative

A corporate wellness program is a structured initiative designed to enhance employee health, wellbeing, and productivity. It typically includes activities such as mindfulness workshops, fitness sessions, stress management workshops, nutrition guidance, and mental health support. By fostering healthier lifestyles and promoting work–life balance, these programs help reduce absenteeism, boost morale, and create a more engaged and resilient workforce

The heart‑health workshops delivered for the Old Trafford community from 2023 to 2025 by Hemangini have been outstanding, transformative, and deeply appreciated. These workshops have mainly focused on heart health and related conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, weight management, and overall healthy lifestyle behaviours. Each session helped participants clearly understand the links between these conditions and cardiovascular wellbeing, while emphasising the importance of nutrition and practical, achievable lifestyle change.

Cultural sensitivity and awareness: Hemangini tailored her approach to reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds within the Old Trafford community. Food suggestions, examples, and discussions were relevant, respectful, and inclusive. Participants particularly appreciated guidance that acknowledged traditional diets and family eating patterns. One attendee shared, “I didn’t feel judged about cultural food choices — instead, I was shown how to adapt them in healthier ways.”

 Engaging and supportive teaching style: Her warm, approachable manner encouraged open conversation and questions, creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Many participants described the workshops as “interactive rather than clinical,” with one participant commenting, “I never felt embarrassed asking questions — everything was explained patiently and clearly.”

 Practical, actionable guidance: The workshops went beyond information‑sharing. They inspired real, measurable change by empowering participants with realistic strategies to improve their health. Attendees reported adopting healthier eating habits, improving weight management, increasing daily movement, and feeling more confident in managing conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Feedback included statements such as “I started making small changes straight away,” and “the behaviour‑change techniques helped me understand what was holding me back and how to move forward.”

 Holistic approach to heart health: By combining nutrition, behaviour‑change techniques, mindfulness, and physical activity, Hemangini provided a well‑rounded understanding of what heart health truly involves. Participants particularly valued the mindfulness elements, with comments such as “the breathing exercises helped me manage stress better,” and “I didn’t realise how much stress affected my heart until these sessions.”

Overall, Hemangini’s contribution has had a meaningful and lasting impact on the Old Trafford community. Many participants reported increased confidence, improved understanding of heart health, and a stronger sense of control over their wellbeing. Several also shared that they felt better equipped to support the health of their families and maintain positive lifestyle changes over the long term.

These workshops did not simply provide education — they inspired empowerment, confidence, and sustainable change. A fantastic initiative that continues to make a lasting difference.
